If the available packages do not meet your specific needs, I am happy to create a custom package tailored to you. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your requirements, and we can design a session that fits your vision.

Session times are approximate and may vary. Please plan accordingly if you have other commitments afterward, as the session may not last the full estimated time.

​

Once your package is booked, it cannot be downgraded, and no refunds will be issued for the difference. Please choose your package carefully.

​

Props are not included in the package, but certain studio locations may have props (e.g., stools, chairs) available. Please inquire in advance.

No, only edited images will be provided. RAW files are not included.

  • Deposit:  ​

    • A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. (For example, if Package C is $280, the deposit would be $112, and the remaining $168 is due on the day of your shoot.) The deposit must be paid online via HoneyBook within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your date and time on my calendar.​

  • Travel Fee:

    • If your session location is more than 30 minutes away from me, an additional travel fee will be added to the total package price. The cost will depend on the exact location.
      If your package includes multiple locations, they should be no more than 15 minutes apart. If the locations are more than 15 minutes apart, an additional travel fee of $15 will apply.      ​

  • Late Fee: 

    • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, an additional late fee of $15 will be added to your remaining balance.
      If you are more than 25 minutes late, your shoot will be canceled, and the retainer fee will not be refunded.
      If you arrive needing to get dressed at the shoot, you will also be subject to the late fee.

  • ​Book in Advance:

    • To ensure availability, please book your session at least 4 days prior to your desired shoot date. For birthday shoots, a minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required.
      A $15 fee will be added to any session booked less than 4 days in advance.      ​

  • Studio:

    • If you wish to book a studio for your session, an additional fee of $60 will be added to your package price for 1 hour of studio rental. Please note that studio rental prices may vary depending on location.​​

​

  • Extra Images:

    • Your package includes a set number of edited images from your session. I do not provide RAW (unedited) images. However, additional edited images are available for purchase at a rate of $15 each.​

    • Skin retouch is $20 added to your package price when booking.

    • Semi-nude shoots are $35 added to your package price.

Frequently Asked questions

  • Deposits and Forms of Payment:

    • For your convenience, non-refundable downpayments can be made online via HoneyBook.com when I send over the invoice. You can pay using a valid credit card. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot and can be paid in cash or online via Honeybook.com I require 40% of your package price as a retainer fee to secure your date and time. Example:(Package B is $290: $116 downpayment and $174 remaining the day of the shoot)  You will not be put on my calendar until I receive the downpayment and I only accept the downpayment via Honeybook.com. Deposits must be paid 24 to 48 hours after the invoice is sent.

  • What happens if the weather is bad? : 

    • ​Sometimes the weather may be bad… We can reschedule the photoshoot for another day or I can refund you the downpayment if we cannot come up with a new session date.​

      • To reschedule for other reasons than the weather there will be a $15 fee.

  • Do I travel outside of Raleigh, North Carolina?:

    • ​Yes, there will be an additional travel fee added to the package of your choice. I need the exact location of the shoot to tell you the additional fee.

  • Do I own a studio or do studio work?:

    • I do not own my own studio yet, but we can rent out a studio. Those prices are a separate fee from what my prices are. It is an additional $60 added to my package pricing to rent the space for your session. (Some studio prices vary based on location).

  • Can you send me a few images after the shoot? Do you provide Prints?:

    • I won’t be able to send a few images right after the shoot. I do work hard to get the images edited and to you in a timely manner. My turn around time is no more than 2 weeks. Through the gallery/proofing website you will be able to purchase prints or feel free to print at any location of your choice.

  • How will I receive my photos? What is the turnaround time for receiving my photos?:

    • ​A link will be sent to your email. The site Pixieset will allow you to like the number of photos in your package. Once your images are hearted,  I will edit them and get them back to you within 2 weeks. The edited photos will be uploaded on Pixieset and you

      • I will get pictures back to clients within 2 weeks and any extra images you purchase.

​

  • I do NOT send RAW files:

    • ​You will not receive every picture taken. You will only get the number of photos your package provides edited by me. The rest will be deleted unless you pay for extra.

      • Additional edits are $15 each
